WE DO OFFER ICE PACKS THAT CAN HELP KEEP YOUR ORDER COOL, BUT THESE ARE STILL SUBJECT TO HEAT AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOUR CANDY FROM MELTING. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR ANY CANDY THAT ARRIVES MELTED.  SO ORDER WISELY AND CONSIDER THE ROUTE YOUR CANDY WILL TRAVEL TO GET TO YOU.
