ANY CANDY YOU ORDER IS SUBJECT TO MELTING.  WHILE OUR STORE IS CLIMATE CONTROLLED, DELIVERY TRUCKS ARE NOT.  NEITHER IS THE PORCH THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS GOING TO LEAVE YOUR ORDER ON A HOT AFTERNOON.

WE DO OFFER ICE PACKS THAT CAN HELP KEEP YOUR ORDER COOL, BUT THESE ARE STILL SUBJECT TO HEAT AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOUR CANDY FROM MELTING.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR ANY CANDY THAT ARRIVES MELTED.  SO ORDER WISELY AND CONSIDER THE ROUTE YOUR CANDY WILL TRAVEL TO GET TO YOU.
