Caramel-coated apples are a longtime favorite treat found at county fairs and carnivals. Thanks to Caramel Apple Pops® from Tootsie®, the same great flavor is available in a much neater and more convenient form. These pops consist of chewy caramel ensconced in green apple candy on a stick.
