Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).  We also ship to APO / FPO addresses.  

We ship Monday – Friday.  

How long does it take to process an order?

We may need up to 72 business hours (Monday-Friday) to pack and ship your order (there will be exceptions when we cannot ship within this time). 

Please note: During the warm summer months, if your order requires ice packs AND is scheduled to ship on a Friday, we may hold your order until Monday in order to reduce the likelihood of your candy sitting on a mail carrier's truck or in a non-temperature controlled environment over the weekend.

Inventory:

As you can see on our web site we carry a ton of different products. We try to keep a strategic inventory so that our candy remains fresh. Sometimes an item may not be in stock. If this happens we will contact you quickly and recommend a replacement if there is one available.

My order has shipped. How long until it is delivered?

Immediately after your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information, so you can see exactly where your purchased items are until they arrive to you! If you have a preference on how we send your order, please let us know! We’re happy to accommodate.

I have a deadline…HELP!

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, so we recommend that you leave plenty of time to prepare for your event.  We are sometimes able to ship right away and will do our very best to help.  When in doubt, give us a call, we’re here to help.

Address Corrections:

UPS charges $11.00 per package for address corrections.  Customers who enter an incorrect address(es) for their order will be charged for all address correction fees if Zazoli Sweets, LLC. is charged by UPS.  Please be careful and double-check that your address is valid with UPS and the postal service.  Invalid addresses given by a customer and sent via USPS Priority Mail are charged to reimburse Zazoli Sweets, LLC. for actual postal costs to mail.  When shipping via USPS, we cannot ship again if the address on the original order is invalid or the original label is marked deliverable or unclaimed. 

Lost / Damaged / Stolen Candy:

Zazoli Sweets cannot be held responsible for items that are stolen, damaged, or lost since after leaving our store, it is out of our control, and under the responsibility of the mail carrier. All claims must be filed by you (we will help) with the delivery service when the package is marked delivered by delivery service. Zazoli Sweets will not honor any claims for items marked delivered by the delivery company.  Zazoli Sweets will assist you with claims for packages that are lost by the delivery company but cannot be held responsible for delivery which is not controlled by Zazoli Sweets. During transit, some of your candy may break - this is just the nature of shipping and cannot be controlled by us.  We are not responsible for broken candy. When you open candy that was correctly sent we cannot refund due to the product being exposed.  Zazoli Sweets will not be able to refund you for purchases where you provided us an incorrect mailing address or where the package is returned to us marked address unknown or package unclaimed.  Please be sure to send your purchases where you know you will be able to accept delivery (at your office or home where a household member will be able to accept). Leaving your purchase on your doorstep without you at home is not a good idea.

IMPORTANT WEATHER TIP:

Check the weather in your area for the next several days.  Will the weather be hot?  If so, we recommend you add an ice pack to help protect your candy.  Are you ordering several chocolate products?  Why not order several ice packs to better protect your treats? We are unable to refund for melted candy so we recommend you consider adding ice packs when the weather is hot. Even with ice packs, we cannot cover melted candy but they will increase your protection.  Please consider having someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside. For small orders, we reserve the right to limit the number of ice packs and will then refund you for the ice packs taken off your order.

Information Accuracy:

We try our best to maintain accurate information, images (colors not always exact and depends on your computer monitor, mobile device, etc), product pricing (which often change depending on manufacturer price changes), shipping costs, and descriptions (often will be updated and revised) on our web site.  We cannot guarantee the accuracy or correctness of information but will do our best. Sometimes small errors may occur and we may need to cancel your order and will notify you via e-mail or via phone.  We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Zazoli Sweets, LLC. does not guarantee the amount of a particular color, flavor, or shape in "assortments" of candy.  The amount of each is decided at random.
